Changing your cPanel Account Password Print

If you're unable to log into your cPanel Account, you can easily change the password from within the Client Area. Simply, login to your TechVita Hosting Account Area;

  1. Access the TechVita Hosting Client Account Area by clicking here and logging in. (Opens in a new tab so you can carry on here)
    The password is the one you specified during signup. Struggling to login? Click here to reset your password.

  2. After you're logged in, find Services in the menu. This will be under the TechVita Logo, to the right of Account Overview. Click that link and follow up by clicking My Services.

  3. Under My Products & Services, you'll see a complete list of your services, each in it's own respective row. Click anywhere within the row to move to the next page, but avoid clicking on your domain since this will just take you directly to your website. If you only have one service Active, there will only be one item listed. Click the service responsible for your cPanel Account login.

  4. On this new page, you'll have access to all of your account functions. Everything is linked up with cPanel, so by clicking Email Accounts for example, you will be logged into cPanel automatically and taken directly to the Email Accounts management page. In this step however, under Actions let's just tap on the Change Password so we can reset the cPanel login password.

  5. After following these instructions, you should now be at the Change Password screen. Input your new password into both boxes and tap on Save Changes.
