If you have registered a UK Domain name with us (.co.uk or .uk currently) you will always be free to transfer out away to another Registrar of your choosing as with TechVita + Mario we believe you should have the right to choose these things freely!
When dealing with UK Domain transfers, you should always setup the receiving end first. This would be done at your NEW Registrar and helps to ensure your Domain is captured upon release once it has left TechVita's Control.
Once logged in to our Client Area, click on the UK Domain you wish to transfer away. You can click anywhere within the highlighted area below or the wrench/spanner icon circled in red, to be taken to the Domain Overview page
At the next screen, tap on Release Domain to be given the option to enter a new IPS TAG which will be offered up by your NEW Registrar
That's it! Once you have done this, please allow around 24 hours (typically alot less time) for DNS Servers to update their Registry information.
