Yes you can. With monthly packages you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. You can even ask us to create a bespoke requirement/permission hosting package just for you should you need.
If you’re within your 30 day period with yearly packages then yes, you can also downgrade your package and receive any refund that is due to you. Some of our yearly packages do come with lifetime domains which we may not be able to renew for free if it’s part of your package. Please speak to us if you are thinking of downgrading/upgrading.
We are kind and considerate so even if you are over your 30 days – still please speak to us if there is anything regarding your subscription hosting package you’d like to discuss.

This level of service is capable of understanding and learning Spam/Unsolicited emails before they ever get a chance to land in your Spam folder with clever adaptive and auto-learning AI.
