With TechVita Hosting, you're able to 'keep' your Domain registered with whomever it is (Let's say GoDaddy & WiX etc.) and still host websites and manage emails with us.
When it comes to Domain names, it doesn't really matter too much where it is registered. Most Registrars allow you to manage your Domain for use with any other service(s) provided elsewhere. For sure, this can at times come across more complex than not as most Registrars don't make it clear at times and lead you into purchasing a hosting package, SSL Certificates and emails etc with them during checkout
With TechVita + Mario, you have the right to choose whom to host your Domain(s) with after registering with us, better yet you don't even need to even have your Domain registered with us to use our Hosting Accounts! - It's all in the Namingservers...
- Leave your Domain Registered where it is
Purchase a Hosting package, and select "I will use my existing Domain and update my Nameservers"
Once you have followed the onscreen guidance and completed checkout, you will receive a Welcome Email containing your Login IDs, passwords etc detailing what to do next. The Welcome email will tell you this part also, however since you're here - you will need to update and point your Domain Nameservers to ns1.techvitahosting.com & ns2.techvitahosting.com.
You will need to contact your Domain Registrar or login to your Management Account with them to make this change. They would probably be best to advise you on how to do this, however you can ask me to help with anything at any step of the way here.
This step may take around 24-48 Hours to come in to affect and once propagated, you'll be able to start hosting websites and emails with TechVita + Mario in not time at all!
